We are pleased to announce Groove Authority has been voted as a 2012 "Best of Weddings" Pick by The Knot Magazine and Website!!

January 2011: Groove Authority has just completed its best ever in 2011!!!
We performed at over 75 weddings and functions last year as well as over 100 club gigs solidifying our place as one of the best, most in demand bands in the Northeast.

August 2011: Groove Authority in the middle of its busiest year yet! Having been booked for over 70 weddings and private parties this year as well as playing select club dates they have taken their place among the most popular bands in New England!

January 2011: Groove Authority finished its most successful year ever in 2010!!!
We performed at over 50 weddings and functions last year as well as over 100 club gigs, making last year a year to remember with many happy clients and new fans all over New England!!!!

August 2009: Groove Authority was picked from over 200 bands to be in the new Tom Cruise-Cameron Diaz movie "Knight and Day" filmed in Boston!!!!! The movie was in theatres this past summer and is now on DVD.
